Clan Policies


Requirements to join this The Legendary Empire:
To join the Shadow, you must have at least level 20 in one of the following skills: Attack, Defense, Strength, Magic, or Range. You must be willing to check in at least once a week to the forums and post in the weekly poll, otherwise you will be demoted.

Points and Rankings:
We have a fairly elaborate system with which we rank members, but it is also fair, I believe. We first calculate a "point" score, based on the following:

* If you are only in the Empire, and no other clans: +1 Point
* If you are in both the Empire and at least one ally of the Shadow: +2 Points
* If you have been in the Empire for at least three months since January 1st, 2008 (then known as the T.L.E.): +1 Point
* If you have been in the Empire for at least six months since January 1st, 2008 (then known as the T.L.E.): +2 Points
* Donate a total of more than 1k: +1 Point
* Donate a total of more than 2k: +2 Points
* Donate 500 GP to a Donation Manager of the Shadow: +1 Point for one day
* If you do not post and vote in the weekly poll: -1 Point, until you donate 3k again
* Attend an official Clan Event: +1 Point for 1 week.
* Refer someone to the Shadow: +1 Point for 2 weeks.
* Have at least 25 posts on the Shadow Forums: +1 point
* Have at least 75 posts on the Shadow Forums: +2 points
* It should be noted that daily donations, events, and referrals add up to more time with that extra point, but do not give you multiple points. Thus, if you refer someone and donate 3k within 1 week, you will have a 1 point promotion for 2 weeks and 6 days.

Then, your points are added up, and you are ranked in the Clan Chat according to the following system:

* -1 Points: Not in Clan
* 0 Points: Friend
* 1 Point: Recruit
* 2 Points: Corporal
* 3 Points: Sergeant
* 4-5 Points: Lieutenant
* 6-8 Points: Captain
* 9+ Points: General
*Advisors are automatically generals.

Donations:
I will work on finding Donation Managers for the Empire, until I do, however, you can donate to either of my characters voodoo kid x.

Other General Policies:
* To Join the Clan Chat in Runescape, type "voodoo kid x"
* I, voodoo kid x, reserve the right to demote or ban you for bad behavior, or breaking any of the Forum Rules, or breaking any of the RS Rules.
* You may not insult any other Clan Member while in Clan Chat, or in the forums
* No one is to become leader of the The Legendary Empire unless I, voodoo kid x, and only I, willingly hand over power.
* I, voodoo kid x, am the only leader of the The Legendary Empire.






Agreement:
When you agree to these Clan Policies, you are stating that you have read this entire message, understand it, and agree to follow all rules outlined within it. You are also agreeing to recognize Voodoo kid x as the only leader of the Empire.
